   Every wheel is stripped, bead blasted, the curbing removed and then powder coated to the highest standard. To ensure customer satisfaction we only use top quality paints and each stage of the refurbishment is quality checked. Everything we guarantee has been tested and proven for years. 

  ** 12 month paint guarantee ** 

 * Paint guarantee - This guarantees that the alloy has been properly prepped and the paint properly applied so that the paint wont peel or flake. This does not guarantee against curbing, stone chips or corrosion which is mainly caused by the maintenance of the wheels or lack of and the chemicals / salt on the roads*. 

We offer a brilliant straightening service that can straighten out 99% of any bent / pothole damaged wheels. Using a specially designed wheel straightening lathe we can straighten wheels from 12" up to 24". 

We don't use excessive heat and pressure to straighten wheels instead We use a more methodical precision approach which gives us great results within 0.5mm without compromising the strength of the alloy!  

The wheel will be placed on our machine and measured to identify the damage area. It would then be gently warmed and the damaged area pressed back into place within 0.5mm.

 ** 12 month weld guarantee **  

Welded by a fully qualified welder with over 18 years everyday experience in welding Aluminium.

The crack will be cut and "v"ed out. Then welded inside and out using the newest technology super pulse welding plant, which minimises the amount of heat put into the alloy but maximizes the strength giving a solid strong weld with minimal softening of the alloy. 

Everything we guarantee has been tested and proven for years. So why go somewhere else that doesn't guarantee their work and end up paying twice. 

We also offer a diamond cutting service. This is where the alloy is powder coated and then placed into our CNC Lathe machine for the diamond cut part to be refinished. The wheel is probed and a programme is created by us to then machine off part of the alloys to create a shiny finish. Once this stage is then completed the alloy is then clear coated (lacquered).

We have in house tyre fitting and removal service. So no need to worry about getting tyres removed from the alloys as we can do that for you.
